We've been frequenting Camp 4 for many years, so I find it hard to believe that I've never reviewed it before! Simply put, this is the absolute best date spot in Modesto, Quick tip: make a reservation, just makes things easier. When you first walk in, you immediately notice the ambiance, and the front area is dimly lit seems kind of small, but it's the perfect atmosphere to enjoy yourself and your company. But don't think that's all, there is a huge annex in the back that can accommodate larger parties. The food is simply incredible, they almost always have something special on the menu that they didn't the month before. Always gives you something new to try. The wine selection is awesome and they offer wine flights, if you'd like to try a few different wines at once. I've tried most things on the menu, from the paninis to the baller board. I cannot recommend the baller board enough, it's an absolute enormous selection of meats, cheeses, nuts, and fruit selections. They explain the entire board and give you all the details about each item. Please, give Camp 4 a try if you haven't already. I promise it'll be your next go to spot.

I recently discovered Camp 4 on Yelp and my husband and I decided to go check it out. This place is so cute, the food was delicious, and the server was very nice. Highly recommend!

I love this place! It's great for catching up with friends for lunch or a date night. Wine and beer served as well as their mixed drinks (wine-based). Their Paninis are so good! I know I should branch out, but the fig and prosciutto Panini, served with their amazing spinach salad...sooo good! And they have gluten-free bread, (for extra), which makes me super happy! The servers are always giving the a right amount of attention, and are quick to refill your water. The only thing about this place that's not my favorite, is the parking lot. Or, I should say trying to get in the parking lot because it situated on kind of an interesting shaped lot. Lol

I found this little gem through Yelp, and made suggested reservations on their web site. We were welcomed in by Alex, and promptly seated. They treat up special as it was a special occasion and I put that in the reservation. We ordered the Smokey feta whip, and added the cucumber chips to do in it also. It came with bread and crunchy bread chips. Yummy! Next we ordered the prosciutto and Brie and the French dip. The au jus was a little salty but had good flavor. I was so full I took half my portion home for tomorrow. Hubby also ordered the big French press coffee. All was great and Kevin was a great server. We will be back!
